Richard's Homebrew Mead Page

I have made mead in the past, and currently have a 3 ½ gallon batch of Red Raspberry Delight fermenting.

Red Raspberry Delight

Ingredients ( for 3 ½ gallons )

  1. 12 lbs. Tupelo Honey
  2. 49 ozs. Red Raspberry Puree
  3. 1 tbsp yeast nutrient
  4. 1 tbsp acid blend
  5. wine yeast

Ginger Limeade

Ingredients ( for 1 gallon )

  1. 2 ½ lbs. Tupelo Honey
  2. 3 limes ( juice ), zest of 1
  3. 1 inch fresh grated ginger
  4. 1 tbsp yeast nutrient
  5. 1 tbsp acid blend
  6. wine yeast
