I have made mead in the past, and currently have a 3 ½ gallon batch of Red Raspberry Delight fermenting.
Red Raspberry Delight
Ingredients ( for 3 ½ gallons )
- 12 lbs. Tupelo Honey
- 49 ozs. Red Raspberry Puree
- 1 tbsp yeast nutrient
- 1 tbsp acid blend
- wine yeast
Ginger Limeade
Ingredients ( for 1 gallon )
- 2 ½ lbs. Tupelo Honey
- 3 limes ( juice ), zest of 1
- 1 inch fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp yeast nutrient
- 1 tbsp acid blend
- wine yeast
